Company that will add a contact page to see your facebook ad style tips

Sometime ago on this site I remember reading about a marketing tip that was about getting brides contact info by adding a sign up page before they saw wedding style tips It was a separate company that would do this for free and also ask for a Like from the customer and only charge a small fee.

Can you advise who was this company?
