I believe you need a bond with your stylist, of course the prompt responses as well as the services are the most important. When you can talk to your stylist comfortably and feel you've known her for years you know you've chosen the right person! I know I can not only make a woman feel her most beautiful but I can assure them I will be there through their planning and go through the entire wedding experience with her.
