Cancellation of venue location ,By the venue/ CONTRACT ADVICE ?

Would like to hear back from others about the kind of sentences that PRO,  wed Co- ordidnators have added into contracts for venues. to protect their couples 

.Currently I am councellling with the upset and drama of two different couples and the experience that their same chosen place has quietely gone bankrupt . Now with three months ,they are both scambling to find new and available places for their dates. Both want , June saturdays !! OH DEAR !

 I am their  Officiant . Curious  to learn what type of sentence could HAVE been put into contracts that may have protected them ? ,Lawsuites afterwards ? Can you get Blood out of a stone ,? Sue  A Bankrupt , place ?  Doesn't  seem possisble ?.

I am sure out in "Cyberland "some others have advice re preventing this from happening ! Niether had PRO co-ordinators .UNFORTUNATELY !  ,

and lUCKILY   , --I I  DID not RECOMMEND  THIS PLACE !
