Are sunday weddings a new trend?

My friend booked her wedding and reception at a venue and saved $300 just by having the wedding on Sunday.  Plus they got the next day free (Monday) to have brunch and open gifts for family.  What a deal.

It is not an bad idea. The Sunday wedding is a new trend,but the other can also fix the wedding ceremony.the main advantage is more guest will come and also the wedding couple have free time because the Sunday is holiday .If you want know information or idea .You can get from wedding planner app iPad and gain from it.Actually,my suggestion is the Sunday wedding is a good idea!

Working at a wedding venue, I have also noticed an increase in Friday weddings.  Again probably due to cheaper deal.  A chance to start the weekend early for attending guest!

I don't think so. But ,it is not bad idea.The Sunday is a nice day for fix your wedding.More important reason fixing the wedding on Sunday is many guest arrive and also save the working day money.Many of the relatives ,guest and even you also in holiday.so,this is the reason ,most of the people or couples going for Sunday.If you want know more information of wedding resources ,try the wedding planner app iPad and get the whole resources of wedding.

If you're having a destination wedding, Sunday is a great day for a wedding. Friday is the travel day, Saturday is a good day for outings and activities, tea, rehearsal dinner, etc. Also, depending on where you're getting married, you may need a 24 hour period before you can legally marry. The guests can leave on Sunday or Monday after the celebration and the married couple can then embark on their honeymoon (or stay where they are, while everyone goes home). Since more weddings are becoming destination weddings, you'll see more and more Sunday weddings.

Sunday wedding is not an bad idea.It will ease the tension for guest and also the couples.couples are choosing a Sunday wedding is because it's often cheaper. Some wedding venues offer special packages on Sunday. Some photographers do the same. Not everyone will be able to give you a special rate for a Sunday wedding, but it never hurts to ask.the guest will arrive more numbers will turn for Sunday wedding.MOST important thing Sunday is holiday .If you want share more information and know more information ,then you may use the wedding planner app ipad and gain from it.

Hello,

 

My sister had a sunday wedding, only because she wanted her wedding to be on Valentine's Day, which happened to fall on a sunday that year.

 

It was nice.  The only thing I will say is that most people have to work on Monday morning so guests definitely didn't stay as late or as long if it had been on a friday or saturday night.  I kinda felt like it wasn't quite as fun .. but that's my opinion.  If you are looking for a quiet affair, with not a long night of partying & dancing, then Sunday would be nice.
