Bridal Fair

Rippavilla Plantation, one Middle Tennessee top wedding venues and DJ’s Party Rentals are hosting a bridal fair to showcase the area’s preferred wedding vendors. Since you have worked with our brides or you have an outstanding reputation in the bridal industry, we are extending an invitation for you to participate in our inaugural preferred vendor showcase.

The historic interior provides the perfect back-drop for you to display promotional materials and meet potential clients. For our vendors, we are promoting the event both locally and regionally using print, electronic and social media. The event will be listed on several bridal websites including Wedding Wire, Bridal Tweet, Wedsimple and Premier Wedding Guide.

The vendor fee of $50.00 includes all advertising and promotional costs in addition to help with booth set-up and removal. We can provide a 6ft table and cloth if you do not have one. All vendors will be listed in our Bridal Fair program. Door prizes are not required but we do encourage you to consider a give-away since it is a great way to collect bridal contact information.

Space is limited inside the mansion so please do not wait to reserve you spot, inside booths are based on first-come, first-serve. After the interior space is filled, additional booth space will be available under a large tent located on the South lawn. Electricity is available for tent vendors.
