Hi All! I have seen various software programs to assist with wedding and events, some for guest lists, seating arrangements etc. What is your favorite software, if you use one. What would you recommend?

Thanx!!

Try Seating Arrangements. It's FREE!
Thanks Beverly, I took a look at that one, not bad.!
What exactly is the web link to seating arrangments.
here you go http://www.seatingarrangement.com/ it looks like a good program.
Thanks Julie!
I have never used any of the software. I checked out what a few people were using and the one from the school I was certified and created my own using excel.
I wish I had the time to create one. But I just may give it a try, I hadn't even considered that. I use excel alot as well as access there both very good for data base management. thank you.
For me personally since I am starting out, it's been more financially beneficial to use the free software already available on wedding registries.
No offense! I like yours too! :) just trying to get a feel as to what is out there and what more experienced planners recommend!
I would recommend us! Places Everyone isn't software, but we think it's better (OK, we're a wee bit biased). The kit is made of flexible magnetic pieces - I invite you to take a look for yourself! - www.placeseveryone.com
Seating Arrangement is nice , it is not that free, only the trial for 30 guests its free.
I prefer to use excel also. Its practical, simple and I can add as much guests as I want.
I use iDo. It's been great to keep track of all of my clients and their events. I was using a collection of excel and word docs I created myself but this has been great to have contracts, notes, details and invoicing all in one place.
