A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
Hi, my name is Edgar Allen and I’ve been a professional caterer and wedding planner for more than 20 years. I've learned my business at two of the most exclusive private country clubs on long Island. I've also had worked for various privately owned catering companies. Throughout my career I had planned and executed thousands of weddings, bar/bat mizvaths, fund raisers and private events ranging from 200 to 1500 guests. I've had worked with the best and most regarded professionals in the catering industry. From bands, DJ’s, florists, sound, executive chefs, managers, lighting, bands, videographers, photographers and all catering related companies based in Long Island and New York; I have an extensive knowledge of food and beverage including wines and global spirits; As a catering professional I'd make my mission to give you a good faith and honest advise on how to make the most important day of your life absolutely flawless. I'd like to mention I do not work for any catering company or affiliated industry vendor. All reviews, write ups, comments and/or opinions are solely indicated by me Edgar Allen G. Do you have a wedding website, blog, or registry link?
While browsing internet pages for some blog inspiration I came across this article and i couldn't agree more with the authors. There were couple of things they left out, however their comments hit the nail right on the head. more to come......
Hi Edgar, I like your sharing your expertise here. We're both in the New York area and I'd love to connect. I'm a wedding officiant and event entertainer, and I also offer the creative service of marrying couples in character. Think beyond "Married by Elvis" to custom designed characters on the couple's theme or representing symbolism they hold dear - elegant to sweet to zany. Thanks! - Barbara
